Attorney Delea Andrew
Delea Andrew is a long-time resident of the Magic Valley and has called Southern Idaho home for more than 40 years. She worked alongside Keith Hutchinson at Hutchinson Law Office as lead paralegal and office manager for nearly 15 years before choosing to pursue her own education and career as an attorney. She was mentored by Keith during her employment as a paralegal and learned the ins and outs of Workers’ Comp and Personal Injury law before ever starting law school. Now, she’s the “Andrew” of “ Hutchinson Andrew, LLP” and puts her experience to work for her clients.
Delea is well-known to all of her friends and family as a woman with a big heart, and that translates into everything she does - both as a lawyer and in her personal life as a mother and a wife. At home, her big heart has led to her forming her own impromptu mini petting zoo. From Tina (the rescued Australian Shepherd) to Biscuit (the one-eyed mare), even Yurtle (the stray turtle) - Delea has never been able to turn away those in need! As an attorney, she’s got an unwavering dedication to each and every one of her clients, helping advocate for a better future for anyone who is in need of legal representation.

Attorney Keith Hutchinson
Keith Hutchinson has been practicing law for nearly 4 decades. Having spent the entirety of his career in the Twin Falls area, Keith made his start as a Deputy Prosecutor before moving into private practice. He has worked specifically in Workers’ Compensation, Personal Injury, and criminal law since 1986, and has been one of only a few Certified Workers’ Compensation Specialists in the state of Idaho. He was appointed to the Industrial Commission Advisory Committee in 2000 and served as an Injured Workers’ Representative until 2005. Through peer nomination, he was welcomed into the College of Worker’s Compensation Lawyers fellowship in 2015. This national recognition of Workers’ Compensation expertise has been granted to fewer than 10 attorneys in the state of Idaho. Well respected by people on all sides of the law, Keith is known for his dedication to clients and the work that has changed their lives.
Keith Hutchinson was born and raised in Southern Idaho and after graduating from high school, he served in the Army as a Construction Engineer. After his service in the Army, Keith began his college career in Southern Idaho, later graduating from the University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science degree (Go, Ducks!). Upon his return to Idaho, he attended the University of Idaho College of Law (Go, Vandals!), graduating with his law degree in 1982.
He has been married to his wife Melanie since 1976 and has two grown children.
Office Greeter Tina
Tina Andrew is an Australian Shepherd mix and was born and raised here in the Magic Valley. She graduated top of her class from Very Good Puppy University (VGPU) and got her dogtoral degree in Being Very Cute. Her hobbies include herding horses around the pasture, working long hours as the Hutchinson Andrew Law office greeter, and getting belly rubs. She has been recognized and awarded several times by the firm’s partners for being a very good girl (yes she is).
She’s also famous in the veterinary community. After an accident left her back legs seriously injured, Tina was the recipient of an experimental cruciate ligament transplant that helped restore function to her hind legs. Despite her past injury putting a permanent little “hitch in her giddy-up,” Tina studiously dedicates her time to be just the sweetest little dog and works hard very hard around the office by napping, relaxing, and begging for attention.
